Other highlights of the tour include the white sand beach of Anakena, where more towering Moai can be found. Finally, drive to the summit of extinct volcano Rano Kau, with its distinct geological features and crater lake. The ceremonial village of Orongo is home to petroglyphs in the rocks and is a great spot to take in the sweeping views over the three islets of Motu Nui, Moto Iti and Motu Kao Kao.
