With an undeniable warmth and relaxed feel, the charming Noi Colchagua offers the perfect spot to rest at in between exploration of the surrounding Colchagua Valley vineyards. The colonial villa has a tasteful design, with pretty tiles and whitewashed walls and the small number of rooms on offer are comfortably furnished rooms. The level of English spoken here can be limited, but service is personalised and the staff are exceptionally friendly. The inviting restaurant serves a selection of Chilean and international dishes alongside a decent selection of wines produced in the surrounding valleys. Among the lime trees and organic vegetable patch there is a fire heated Jacuzzi and generous sized swimming pool: the perfect place to relax after a long day. The hotel is a 2.5 hours’ drive to Santiago, so it is worth spending a couple of nights to make the most of the location.
