This shared walking tour reveals Santiago’s hidden history: through the pre-hispanic civilizations, the country’s foundation and the early years of colony. Providing an interesting view of the remains of Santiago’s different times and periods, the tour explores the city’s archaeology, religion, customs and folklore. By the end of this tour you will have a comprehensive notion of all the elements that made up the origin of Santiago. The tour includes Benjamín Vicuña Mackenna Square and Santa Lucia Hill. The tour begins every day at 10am and lasts for two and a half hours.
